Conference tickets provide delegates to access to two full days of sessions presented over Saturday and Sunday the 15th and 16th of February 2014 as well as access to the code sprint on Friday.

The DrupalSouth Business Day is an opportunity for Business owners, sales, and decision makers to listen to influental speakers in the IT industry and beyond speak on the values of Drupal and tools and services emerging available to solve real business needs.

Ticket purchasing and registration will be available online. Collection of your conference pass will be available at the conference venue from Friday 14th of February 2014 through to the 16th.
All transactions will be billed in New Zealand Dollars
Terms and Conditions of Registration
These Terms and Conditions apply to all attendees who have registered for DrupalSouth 2014 and/or DrupalSouth 2014-related events.
Registering for the conference does not hold your ticket until it has been paid in full. So to ensure that you secure your ticket, pay the registration invoice as soon as possible.
Security and Credit Cards
All transactions done through this facility are processed by Lil'Regie and use SSL with 128-bit encryption. The facility accepts Mastercard and Visa. All transactions are done by DrupalSouth 2014 Organisers on behalf of Linux Australia, the organisation behind linux.conf.au. All personal information will be kept private and used only for linux.conf.au registration purposes, statistics for future linux.conf.au events, and convenience for future linux.conf.au registration.
- Cancellations made prior to 1 December 2013 - any registration fee paid will be refunded in full.
- Cancellations made between 1 December and 31 December 2013 - incurs a 15% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from any registration fee paid. The balance will be refunded.
- Cancellations made after 31 December 2014 - No refund.
In the course of registering for DrupalSouth 2014 and DrupalSouth 2014 -related events, DrupalSouth 2014 will collect personal information about attendees such as their name, contact details etc. The information is required to facilitate registration to DrupalSouth 2014, for catering requirements, and for DrupalSouth 2014 Organisers or their agents, to contact particular attendees as and when required in respect of DrupalSouth 2014. Attendees who do not disclose this personal information will be unable to complete registration at DrupalSouth 2014 and will therefore not be able to attend DrupalSouth 2014.
Personal information will only be disclosed to Linux Australia, the DrupalSouth 2014 umbrella organisation, and to Government agencies where DrupalSouth 2014 Organisers believe disclosure is appropriate for legal compliance and law enforcement; to facilitate court proceedings; to enforce our terms and conditions; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of DrupalSouth 2014, our attendees, or others. DrupalSouth 2014 will not sell your personal information to third parties and will not use your personal information to send promotional material from any of our affiliated partners and/or sponsors.
As part of the Registration process attendees will be asked if they would like to subscribe to DrupalSouth 2014 Mailing Lists and/or the linux.conf.au Announce Mailing List. Attendees who subscribe to one or more of these lists will be sent emails from DrupalSouth 2014 Organisers and other subscribers to the Mailing Lists. If at any time, attendees wish to unsubscribe from any of these Mailing Lists, please follow the 'how to unsubscribe' directions on the bottom of any message on the Mailing Lists.
Attendees can access and/or correct the personal information LCA2010 organisers hold about them on their profile pages on drupalsouth2014.drupal.org.nz. If attendees wish to amend their email address, please contact email@example.com .

DrupalSouth 2014 Organisers are providing attendees with access to wired and/or wireless network while attending DrupalSouth 2014 and/or DrupalSouth 2014 related-events. The access to this network is a privilege and not an entitlement, and must be used appropriately. Inappropriate use includes, but is not limited to: running port scans, a rogue DHCP server, and any unlawful activities.
If any attendees use the network inappropriately, then the DrupalSouth 2014 organisers will take any enforcement action they consider appropriate. Enforcement action includes but is not limited to:
- suspending access to the network
- disconnecting the network permanently
- the alleged offender may be asked to immediately leave the venue and/or will be prohibited from continuing to attend DrupalSouth (without reimbursement)
- the incident may be reported to the New Zealand Police
- any other measure the DrupalSouth 2014 Organisers see fit
DrupalSouth 2014 may or may not provide recordings of talks (audio and/or video) given at DrupalSouth 2014. If this service is provided, it is run as a best effort service only. Any recordings will be released as and when they are ready, which may take some months, and the recordings may be of varying quality.
DrupalSouth 2014 is proud to support diverse groups of people in IT, particularly women, and will not tolerate in any fashion any intimidation, harrassment, and/or any abusive, discriminatory or derogatory behaviour by any attendees of DrupalSouth 2014 and/or DrupalSouth 2014-related events.
Any complaints can be made to the DrupalSouth 2014 Organisers by contacting the Registration Desk during DrupalSouth 2014. All complaints made to DrupalSouth 2014 Organisers will remain confidential, will be taken seriously and investigations will be made. Where DrupalSouth 2014 Organisers consider it appropriate, DrupalSouth 2014 may take any or all of the following measures:
- the alleged offender may be told to apologise
- the alleged offender may be told to stop/modify his/her behaviour appropriately
- the alleged offender may be warned that enforcement action may be taken if the behaviour continues
- the alleged offender may be asked to immediately leave the venue and/or will be prohibited from continuing to attend DrupalSouth 2014 (without reimbursement)
- the incident may be reported to the New Zealand Police and/or Human Rights Commission
- any other measure the DrupalSouth 2014 Organisers see fit
There are a limited number of Media Passes available to media personnel. Media Passes are free of charge, and entitle media personnel to attend DrupalSouth 2014 with all the entitlements of a Professional registration. Please note, due to the limited numbers of Media Passes available, all Media Passes will need to be approved by the DrupalSouth 2014 Organisers. Notification of whether applications are successful will take place in October.

Any media attending DrupalSouth 2014 are required to identify themselves as "media" to attendees prior to speaking with any attendees of DrupalSouth 2014 on the record. It is the responsibility of the media to introduce themselves to the persons they wish to interview and to arrange any interviews with those persons. The DrupalSouth 2014 Organisers will not make introductions or arrange interviews on behalf of media.
Students who register for a concessionalist ticket to attend DrupalSouth 2014 may be required to provide DrupalSouth 2014 Organisers with proof that they are eligible for registration as a student, such as providing a valid student ID card.
Liquor licensing laws, requires persons to be aged 18 years and older before they can lawfully drink alcohol in New Zealand. The licenced premises used as DrupalSouth venues will not serve alcohol to persons 18 years and under. Those attendees who look under 25 years old, may be required to show identification such as a Passport (non-New Zealand driver licences are generally not accepted) to licenced premises proving they are 18 years old or older.
Those attendees who are younger than 18 years old, are required to advise DrupalSouth 2014 Organisers of their age, when they register for DrupalSouth 2014. Those attendees may not be able to attend all of the DrupalSouth 2014 social events.
Please consume alcohol responsibly. Please note, licenced premises in New Zealand are prohibited from selling or supplying alcohol to intoxicated persons.
There is also a strict liquor ban operating at all times in the Wellington CBD, where persons who consume liquor and/or are in possession of (opened) liquor in a public place within the CBD at any time may be arrested and charged with breaching the liquor ban.
All DrupalSouth 2014 venues including the social event venues and Open Day venue are smoke-free. If attendees wish to smoke during DrupalSouth 2014 and/or DrupalSouth 2014-related events, they must do so outside. Please consider others and refrain from smoking directly outside the venues' entrance.
Health and Safety
If you are attending DrupalSouth 2014 as a Keynote Presenter, Speaker, Miniconf Organiser or Miniconf Presenter, it is your responsibility to ensure that your talk meets the Health and Safety requirements under New Zealand law. If you are unsure, please contact DrupalSouth 2014 Organisers on firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss it further.
Please note, New Zealand is a country in its own right. Anyone who lives outside New Zealand (including Australia) will need a passport, and may require a visa, to gain entry into New Zealand. Please contact your local New Zealand Embassy department, well in advance of DrupalSouth 2014, to determine your travel needs.
